Refund & Return Policy – XL Comics
At XL Comics, we specialize in limited-run collectible comics, variant covers, and exclusive art drops. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions are met.
All Sales Final
All purchases of comics, variant covers, art cards, signed items, and limited releases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
– Buyer’s remorse
– Orders placed by mistake
– Minor print imperfections
– Small corner wear or cosmetic issues from shipping
– Delays caused by shipping carriers
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, email us with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the item (front and back)
– Photos of any packaging damage
– A photo of the shipping label
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, XL Comics will provide one of the following:
– Replacement copy (if available)
– Store credit
– Refund to the original payment method
Limited Releases & Collectibles
Due to the collectible nature of our products:
– Slight manufacturing imperfections may occur and do not qualify as damage
– COA-numbered and limited-edition items are non-refundable
– Replacement copies are not guaranteed if the item is sold out
Order Cancellations
– Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped
– Pre-orders and limited drops cannot be canceled after the sale window has closed
